Division 3 (Advanced): 3 years and over of grappling experience

Lightweight: Under 155 lbs
Middleweight: 155 to 174.9 lbs
Light-heavyweight: 175 to 194.9 lbs
Heavyweight: 195 lbs and over
BOUT DURATION
Two rounds of three minutes
A third round will be added if there's no winner after regulation
In overtime, the fight is stopped after the first submission
A one minute rest period will occur between each round
WAYS TO WIN
Submission(s)
- Having more submissions than the opponent in 2 rounds of 3 minutes.
- Win by submission during the sudden death overtime.
Point(s)
- Mount and back mount position kept 3 seconds.
- Each position give 1 point.
- These points are used only to find a winner after a draw match.
Forfeit
- If the opponent can't complete the fight.
Warning
- When a fighter receives 2 warnings for the same foul or a total of 3.
