Rémi "Tornado" Gélinas (2004 to 2008)

The north shore Tornado of Montreal is a pioneer of the SFL. With near than 50 fights to his record including 26 wins, his exceptional dedication has greatly contributed to the success and also survival of the Submission Fight League. Normally calm, Rémi unleashes his wrath during his bouts which are always filled with action. Always ready for war, the Tornado is well surrounded by his « army » of young soldiers to whom he teaches Muay Thaï and submission wrestling for a couple of years already. A good dozen of them fought on SFL too. Middleweight champion in 2005, he was also the referee for many fights in 2004 and 2005.
